The late Fall was an extremely difficult time to sell the home and dealing with my sisters was even more difficult thank God one of them was living in North Carolina. After several closings that failed,a Olivia and Didi found a serious buyer and not a flipper which it seemed most of the buyers were. The man they found was going to live there with his family and he loved the Victorian period styling of the house because it was similar to the home he was brought up in on Mansfield Street. This is exactly what we needed in a buyer. I have already recommended them to handle the estate (3 local properties) of a neighborhood friend recently passed and left to his brother in Pennsylvania. The brother already contacted them about listing the properties. Listed our house 10 / 2018 till 3 / 2019."
