Meet the Urban Team
OLIVIA MARTSON
Olivia Martson is a long time resident of New Haven, CT She lives and works in downtown New Haven and is thoroughly familiar with the pros and cons of urban living. She served on the New Haven Board of Aldermen as the elected representative for Ward 2, the downtown neighborhood immediately west of Yale University. Finding the right home in the greater New Haven area can be very challenging. Olivia understands the distinct qualities of New Haven's many neighborhoods, and provides expert guidance to buyers, especially those looking to relocate to the New Haven area. Olivia specializes in urban properties—from multi-family homes to condominiums to historic homes. She knows how to find the right home for you and she also knows how to sell your property. Her fine art and design background is highly advantageous when helping sellers emphasize the best qualities to show when preparing their homes for sale.
DIDI STRODE
DiDi has been hooked on real esate ever since starting in 2003. She loves meeting people, helping, and advising clients in what can be complex transaction for some, in addition to viewing and showing homes. She has received numerous awards for her work – for 6 years she has been named a 5 Star Professional Realtor, an achievement based on production and client feedback. She is also a CRS (Certified Residential Realtor) – a designation similar to having a master’s degree in real estate. DiDi is an active member of the New Haven community as the Board President of the Montessori School on Edgewood as well as a member of the Negro Business and Professional Womens Club. Prior to working in real estate, DiDi operated as a competitive market analyst. DiDi recevied her undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut, and her MBA from the University of New Haven.

A group of neighbors fighting the city of New Haven selling the Kensington Playground for $1 to construct a 15-unit apartment building with a 15-space paved parking area in its place.
